MARSEILLE, FRANCE-J.P. Morgan Asset Management has arranged a EUR 143 million worth mortgage to institutional investors. pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has offered the loan to refinance current mortgages and to finance proposed retail renovation works in Docks de Marseille, an iconic retail and office building situated in Euromediterranee, the business district of Marseille in France.
