ATLANTA-The Atlanta Business Chronicle has reported that Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners is looking for a buyer for an Atlanta office building and other pieces of a portfolio the company purchased from Charter Hall for an amount of $1.7 billion. The newspaper has revealed that three potential buyers have come out for the 38-story Promenade II property.

According to the Business Chronicle, Promenade II, a trophy building situated in Midtown Atlanta, will fetch nearly $116 million, or about $150 per square foot. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
