COLUMBIA, MO-St. Louis-based Paric is starting work on a $50-million renovation and addition at the Lenoir Woods retirement community situated in Columbia, Missouri. St. Louis-based Lutheran Senior Services is the operator of the Lenoir Woods community.

The five-year project comprises a four-story independent living structure with underground parking, a two-story assisted living structure, an administration/wellness building, a skilled nursing facility and a memory care facility.
