ORLANDO-Rida Development Corp. plans to construct a $200-million transit-oriented project that will tie into the main station of SunRail in downtown Orlando. The property is situated between Livingston Street, Amelia Street, Orange Avenue and Lynx's headquarters.

The $100-million first phase will comprise mid-rise apartment buildings and a hotel as well as ground-floor restaurants and shops.
