GAINESVILLE, FL-Gainesville Opticians has signed a lease for 3,191 square feet and Five Guys Burgers and Fires has signed a lease for 3,035 square feet of restaurant at the Gainesville Marketplace, a 75,538-square-foot retail center at NW 43rd Street and NW 16th Boulevard in Gainesville.
