LONDON-The London-based retail team of Jones Lang LaSalle has closed a new lease deal for a convenience store at the Corn Exchange in Ipswich on behalf of Waitrose, the tenant. Waitrose will take approximately 5,000 square feet of space on the ground floor.

Waitrose has signed the lease for 15 years with Ipswich Borough Council, the landlord. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The borough council was represented by Savills in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
