
NEW YORK CITY-The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is planning to lease the entire retail space measuring 70,000 square feet at the Fulton Street Transit Center to one firm and allow that firm to manage the property. President of the capital-construction division at MTA, Michael Horodniceanu, said that the company, which leases the retail space, will also be responsible for maintaining the property.
