ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has brokered a new lease deal for a Class A office space in Lake Mary. America's Mortgage Professionals has signed a lease for 2,670 square feet of space at Suite 235 at Primera Court I.

Primera Court I is located at 725 Primera Blvd. Daytona Beach-based Interchange-Primera I, LLC is the owner of the office property. Mary Frances West, Senior Broker Associate at NAI Realvest, handled the lease deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
