NEW YORK CITY-Designer Monika Chiang has leased a shop spanning 1,450 square feet at 125 Wooster Street to house her boutique that will launch next spring. Chiang's boyfriend, Christopher Burch has recently opened C. Wonder, his new retail concept, at 72 Spring Street in SoHo.

In the deal, Cushman & Wakefield's Cynthia Foster, Matthew Seigel and Joanne Podell represented Chiang, while Robert K. Futterman's Jackie Totolo and Beth Rosen represented the owner of the Wooster Street store, Tod Waterman of Waterman Interests. For the full story, go to New York Post .
