AUSTIN, TX-The Kucera Companies has brokered three lease deals totaling 13,896 square feet in Austin on behalf of landlords. Pipeline Success Inc. has signed a 5,696-square-foot lease at Northpoint at 6836 Austin Center Blvd.; Matrix Healthcare Services Inc. has signed a 5,040-square-foot lease at Lakeview Plaza at 4516 Seton Center Parkway; and Tasty Placement Inc. has signed a 3,160-square-foot lease at 3910 S. I-35.
