
NASHVILLE-Metro Nashville has granted a building permit for the new downtown Omni Hotel. As per the permit, the value of the work on the 800-room hotel's structural frame is $19.2 million. Construction works on the $273 million hotel will be led by Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors. The 21-floor building will be the new Music City Center's headquarters hotel.
