THE WOODLANDS, TX-Nexeo Solutions LLC has signed a lease for 64,000 square feet of space at 3 Waterway Square Place, a new nine-story office building at the corner of Woodloch Forest Dr. and Lake Robbins Dr. in The Woodlands. The Woodlands Development Co. will construct the 192,000-square-foot building.
The new office building is expected to be completed in early 2013. Until its new space gets completed, Nexeo will occupy a 45,000-square-foot temporary space at 14000 Woodloch Forest Dr. and 9303 Trails Dr. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
