BUFFALO, NY-Buffalo Capital Strategies is relocating from Main Street to a Delaware Avenue mansion in downtown Buffalo. The financial service company has inked a lease for 5,500 square feet of space in the 591 Delaware Ave. mansion.

Matt Moscati, TRM Architects' founder, is the owner of the mansion. He purchased and refurbished the residence-turned-office structure a decade ago. Ben Schiller from Buffalo-based Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokered the lease deal. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
