RISING SUN, IN-Rising Sun Regional Foundation Inc. and Rising Sun/Ohio County First Inc. have joined together to develop a 100-room hotel at Rising Star Casino Resort in Rising Sun. The new hotel will be constructed on the land held by the casino.

The hotel will be owned by Rising Sun/Ohio County First, which has chosen Indianapolis-based Vision Building Co. 2 LLC to develop the hotel.
