NASHVILLE-Nashville Post reported that Hyatt Hotels Corp. is preparing to construct a 255-room hotel in the SoBro neighborhood of Nashville. The new hotel will face Third Avenue on the Rock City Machine Co. property situated between the Sole Mio restaurant and Encore condo tower.

White Lodging Services of Indiana will serve as developer of the hotel. The company plans to start construction in spring and open the hotel in fall 2013. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
