ORLANDO-Lincoln Property Company Southeast has closed three new lease deals at 215 Celebration Place in the last 30 days.

ORLANDO-Lincoln Property Company Southeast has closed three new lease deals at 215 Celebration Place in the last 30 days. JD Teck has leased 6,415 square feet for five years; Hunt Engineering Services, Inc. has leased 4,837 square feet for five years; and American Institute has leased 2,156 square feet for three years at 215 Celebration Place.

Golf Park Properties represented JD Teck and Equity Investments represented Hunt Engineering Services, while brokers from Lincoln Property represented the owner in all three deals. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
