
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL-Bethesda, Maryland-based Walker & Dunlop, LLC has provided has arranged $50,520,000 in financing for a garden-style apartment community in Altamonte Springs. The loan, provided under Freddie Mac's Capital Markets Execution Program, has a seven-year term with interest only option for two years and a 30-year amortization, and the loan-to-value is 80%.
