HOUSTON-ACI has negotiated two retail leases totaling 30,000 square feet in Houston.

HOUSTON-ACI has negotiated two retail leases totaling 30,000 square feet in Houston. Melrose Apparel has signed a lease with Surrey Equities for 10,000 square feet of space in Fondren Southwest Village at Bellfort and Fondren, and Zumba Dance Studio has signed a lease with Reddy Partnership for 20,000 square feet of space at the Parker Center at Parker and Interstate 45.
