NEW YORK CITY-Brookfield Office Properties Inc. is seeking tenants for its West Side development. The developer has hired a Cushman & Wakefield team to lease its 1.5-acre development at 31st Street and Ninth Avenue.

Bruce Mosler, who is leading the Cushman & Wakefield team, said that by the end of 2012, the development will get its first anchor tenant.
