VIENNA, VA-Real estate company Capital Automotive has proposed a mixed-use project along Spring Hill Road in Tysons Corner. The project, to be called Dominion Square, will comprise 4.4 million square feet of office space and residential properties.
The new development will come up on 20 acres of used and new car dealerships on the south side of Leesburg Pike. The project still needs zoning consent from Fairfax County. It is expected to be opened in late 2013. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
