BALTIMORE-Silver Spring-based Grady Management, a majority property proprietor in the Patterson Park area, is preparing to sell its 103 rowhomes located in the Baltimore neighborhood at an auction. According to the auctioneer, the company is planning to auction off its Harbor House portfolio.

Mark Troen of Sheldon Good & Co. said that the proposed opening bid for the portfolio is $3,750,000. The auction will be held on December 6 at Westin BWI in Linthicum Heights. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
