
NEW YORK CITY-A group of overseas investors has listed an office building on the market for sale. The group, advised by New Millennium Estates Ltd., purchased 10 East 53rd Street, a 37-story office building that houses publisher HarperCollins, in 1993 for $55 million.
Darcy Stacom with CBRE Group is marketing the 388,000-square-foot building. Real Capital Analytics said the 10 East 53rd Street property could fetch approximately $246 million. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
