BOCA RATON, FL-Rauch Hartman Sherer & Co. and Commercial Realtors have leased a distribution and headquarters space to a New York-based company. Mark V Concepts, Inc. has signed a lease for 10,000 square feet of space in the Pompano Beach Gateway Industrial Park.

The industrial park is situated in Broward County. Michael Rauch of RHSCO negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
