NEW YORK CITY-Maurice Badler Fine Jewelry is opening its second outpost on East 58th Street and Park Avenue. The retailer has recently leased roughly 1,000 square feet of space at 485 Park Ave. for 10 years.

Asking rent for the space was $275 per square foot. Monica Kass and Lori Shabtai from Winick Realty Group represented the tenant, while Alisa Amsterdam and Gene Spiegelman from Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented 58th and Park Ave. Inc., the landlord, in the lease negotiation.
