Summit to Build Aldara Apartment Homes in Saratoga Springs

SALT LAKE CITY, UT-Summit Contracting Group Inc. of Jacksonville will construct Aldara Apartment Homes, a 240-unit apartment community in Saratoga Springs located south of Salt Lake City in Utah.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT-Summit Contracting Group Inc. of Jacksonville will construct Aldara Apartment Homes, a 240-unit apartment community in Saratoga Springs located south of Salt Lake City in Utah. The $17.5-million apartment project will contain 12 buildings as well as a clubhouse.

Summit is building the apartment community for Aldara Apartment Associates LLC. Springville, Utah-based Pontis Architectural Group LLC is the architect. Construction will start on November 7 and is scheduled to be finished in 18 months. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
