BROOKLYN, NY-A vacant corner development site in Crown Heights, Brooklyn is up for sale. The 14,000-square-foot lot is situated at 341 Eastern Parkway and is already sanctioned for an eight-story, 77,000-square-foot mixed-use development.

The site has received approval for over 7,500 square feet of retail space, 63 residential units and 38 parking spaces. TerraCRG Commercial Realty Group is marketing the site.
