FORT WORTH-Sears Outlet and Big Lots have leased the former Sports Authority site in Fort Worth.

FORT WORTH-Sears Outlet and Big Lots have leased the former Sports Authority site in Fort Worth. Sports Authority vacated the 60,000-square-foot building in January.

Sears Outlet has leased 30,577 square feet and Big Lots has leased 30,484 square feet at the vacant building at Ridgmar Town Square located at 1250 Green Oaks. Edge Realty Partners' Michael Stern and Josh Flores represented Sears Outlet and Woodmont's Karen Mitchell represented Big Lots, while Transwestern's Mason Bishop represented Retail Plazas Inc., the landlord, in the deal.
