BP Renews its Office Lease at Wakefield House in Swindon

BRISTOL, UK-BP has signed a lease renewal deal for 52,000 square feet of office space at Wakefield House in Swindon.

BRISTOL, UK-BP has signed a lease renewal deal for 52,000 square feet of office space at Wakefield House in Swindon. The company has extended its lease at the 220,000-square-foot office building, owned by Delta Properties, for another six years.

Delta Properties bought the building this summer for approximately GBP 10 million. Wakefield House also accommodates Infosys, Nationwide, Smiths News and Intrinsic Financial Services. Jones Lang LaSalle represented BP, while Delta Properties had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
