NEW YORK CITY-Brencourt Advisors is relocating from 600 Lexington Avenue to 280 Park Avenue.

NEW YORK CITY-Brencourt Advisors is relocating from 600 Lexington Avenue to 280 Park Avenue. The financial firm has subleased 17,000 square feet at 280 Park Avenue from Landesbank Baden-WA 1/4rttemberg.

The firm will occupy the 30th floor of the skyscraper owned by a venture that includes SL Green Realty and Vornado Realty Trust. In the lease deal, Newmark Knight Frank's John Moran III and Daniel K. Madison represented the tenant, while Studley's Camille McGratty and John Johnson represented the sublandlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
