
CHICAGO-Grand Island, New York-based Cannon Design is planning to relocate its Chicago office from Burnham Center at 111 W. Washington St. to Illinois Center at 205 N. Michigan Ave. The company has signed a contract to lease 60,502 square feet in Illinois Center.
The 975,895-square-foot tower, developed in 1981, is part of Michigan Plaza. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.' Jock Howland is negotiating the deal for Cannon. MB Real Estate Services LLC's Mark Buth is the leasing agent for the Michigan Plaza complex. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
