NEW YORK CITY-Chantelle, a lingerie company based in Paris, has extended and expanded its lease on Madison Avenue for another 10 years.

NEW YORK CITY-Chantelle, a lingerie company based in Paris, has extended and expanded its lease on Madison Avenue for another 10 years. The company has leased 10,908 square feet at 183 Madison Ave.

The asking rent for the space was $52 per square foot. Gregg Lorberbaum from Centric Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant, and Harry Blair from Cushman & Wakefield represented the property owner in the lease deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
