CORAL GABLES, FL-Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust is relocating its headquarters from 220 Alhambra Circle to Columbus Center in Coral Gables.

CORAL GABLES, FL-Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust is relocating its headquarters from 220 Alhambra Circle to Columbus Center in Coral Gables. The bank has signed a lease for 61,248 square feet of space at the two-tower property at 1 Alhambra Plaza.

The two-tower complex is being managed by USAA Real Estate Co. Studley's Chris Harak, John Esposito and Thomas Capocefalo represented Gibraltar, while Cushman & Wakefield's Maggie Kurtz represented USAA in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
