Home Depot Expands its Distribution Footprint in South Dallas

DALLAS-Home Depot is expanding its distribution footprint in South Dallas.

DALLAS-Home Depot is expanding its distribution footprint in South Dallas. The home improvement retailer has started construction on a new distribution facility measuring 1,187,000 square feet at 2320 Beckleymeade Ave.

The $20-million expansion will be added to the company's existing 531,000-square-foot distribution space in South Dallas. Home Depot originally leased space in 2007 from Trammell Crow Co. The second phase of Home Depot's distribution facility will be developed by Trammell Crow. Construction is expected to be completed in 2012. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
