PHILADELPHIA-Spring Mill Corporate Center situated on East Hector Street in Conshohocken has inked lease deals totaling roughly 147,000 square feet. The 420,000-square-foot building is owned by Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates.

David's Bridal has leased 41,104 square feet; Connolly Consulting Associates has taken 15,774 square feet; InvestorForce has leased 15,560 square feet; and Norman Spencer McKernan has occupied 26,452 square feet at the building. Other new tenants include JK Associates, Main Line Health, Poptent, Satori Group and Vcopius. Binswanger represented the owner in all deals. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
