Carson Breaks Ground on Sens Road Distribution Center

LA PORTE, TX-The Carson Cos. has started construction on a 267,000-square-foot distribution center at 1445 Sens Road in La Porte.

LA PORTE, TX-The Carson Cos. has started construction on a 267,000-square-foot distribution center at 1445 Sens Road in La Porte. Canal Warehousing has pre-leased majority of the new industrial building, called the Sens Road Distribution Center.

The center is being constructed on a 16-acre parcel. Dallas-based Cadence McShane Construction Co. is constructing the building for Carson. Dan Zoch of Carson is handling leases at the Sens Road Distribution Center, which is scheduled to be completed in March 2012. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
