Cigna Expands, Extends its Lease at One Southwest Crossing

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Cigna Behavioral Health Inc. has inked a lease renewal and expansion deal at the One Southwest Crossing office building in Eden Prairie.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Cigna Behavioral Health Inc. has inked a lease renewal and expansion deal at the One Southwest Crossing office building in Eden Prairie. The health service company has signed a long-term, 211,105-square-foot lease at 11095 Viking Drive.

The company previously occupied 177,058 square feet in the Eden Prairie office building. Welsh Construction is expanding the existing parking ramp beside One Southwest Crossing. Construction is expected to be finished by 2013. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
