HOUSTON-Gables Residential is planning to start construction early next year on a new mixed-use apartment complex near the Galleria at the northeast corner of Bering and San Felipe.

HOUSTON-Gables Residential is planning to start construction early next year on a new mixed-use apartment complex near the Galleria at the northeast corner of Bering and San Felipe. Gables Tanglewood, the new eight-story complex, will include 327 single- and double-bedroom apartments, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, a computer lounge and 12,000 square-feet of retail space.

Ziegler Cooper Architects has designed the complex, which is expected to be opened by mid-2013. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
