
QUEENS, NY-A local developer will break ground this fall on Hoyt Plaza, a rental building consisting of 34 units in Astoria, Queens. Giannola Realty, which has developed the Bridge Side and Hoyt South rental buildings, is developing the Hoyt Plaza building.
