QUEENS, NY-A local developer will break ground this fall on Hoyt Plaza, a rental building consisting of 34 units in Astoria, Queens. Giannola Realty, which has developed the Bridge Side and Hoyt South rental buildings, is developing the Hoyt Plaza building.

Hoyt Plaza will comprise studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses. It will have various amenities that include a gym, a pool, a rooftop garden, an expansive lobby, a laundry room and terraces. For the full story, go to New York Times .
