MARSHALL, TX-SIKON Construction has started construction on a new $13-million student housing project in Marshal for Independence, Missouri-based Student Suites. The new three-story Wiley Hall Student Housing Facility, which contains 500 beds, is located at Wiley College.

In August, SIKON completed Student Housing Facility in Key West for Florida Keys Community College. Wiley Hall Student Housing Facility, designed by Dallas-based Randall Scott Architects, Inc., will be completed next year in time for student occupancy.
