
WASHINGTON, DC-The Bozzuto Group and Abdo Development are planning to start construction on a $200-million development in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC. Catholic University of America tapped Bozzuto and Abdo to develop the property in 2008.
The development will include about 720 residential units, 83,000 square feet of retail space, 45 townhomes, 3,000 square feet of community arts center, 15,000 square feet of artist space and 850 car parking spaces.
