LONDON-A new Whole Foods store and two revived Art Deco restaurants are planned to open in 2012 at the old Regent Palace Hotel, off Piccadilly Circus. Quadrant 3 is the latest construction included in the Crown Estate's GBP 1-billion overhaul of Regent Street and it also contains 200,000 square feet of office space.
The GBP 300-million property has been erected four months ahead of plan. Rex Restaurant Associates will convert one of the restaurants into a Parisian brasserie. For the full story, go to The Guardian .
