ORLANDO-Beech Street Capital, LLC has arranged a Freddie Mac CME loan for a 318-unit garden-style apartment community in Orlando. The company has provided $11.2 million in refinancing for Woodhollow Apartments.
Jacob Katz with Meridian Capital Group, LLC originated the deal for the 10-year, fixed-rate loan. Beech Street Capital financed the transaction. The apartment complex, which sits on a 15-acre land, contains 33 one- and two-story structures. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
