BALTIMORE-Beech Street Capital LLC has arranged Fannie Mae loans for a three-property portfolio in Baltimore.

BALTIMORE-Beech Street Capital LLC has arranged Fannie Mae loans for a three-property portfolio in Baltimore. The company has provided $18 million in refinancing for the three residential properties comprising more than 360 units in Baltimore City.

Fox Crossing is located in the Glenham-Bedford neighborhood, while Hillsdale Manor Apartments and Forest Glen Townhouses are situated in the Forest Park neighborhood. Jacob Katz with Meridian Capital Group LLC handled the transaction. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
