WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Crossman & Company has closed five lease deals totaling 13,986 square feet at South Wind Plaza located at 5335 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach. Ashley Thornburg negotiated all the five-year lease deals on behalf of South Wind Plaza.

Unique Beauty has signed a 1,400-square-foot lease; Soaphia Laundry has inked a 3,186-square-foot lease; Negril Restaurant and Romeo's Restaurant renewed their leases for 2,400-square-foot each; and Building Blocks has signed a 2,800-square-foot lease at South Wind Plaza.
