AUSTIN, TX-Live Oak-Gottesman LLC has started construction on a medical office building beside St. David's North Austin Medical Center in Northwest Austin.

AUSTIN, TX-Live Oak-Gottesman LLC has started construction on a medical office building beside St. David's North Austin Medical Center in Northwest Austin. The Cedar Bend Professional Center, situated at 12301 N. MoPac Expy., measures 70,000 square feet.

The new building is 90% pre-leased to tenants such as the General Services Administration, Head & Neck Surgeons, Capital Otolaryngology and Nasal & Sinus Center of Austin, Snoring Austin and Renu Austin.
