NEW YORK CITY-Cedarhurst, New York-based Off the Wall Frozen Yogurt has leased 1,400 square feet of space at 1053 Second Ave. situated between East 55th and East 56th streets for 10 years. The frozen yogurt chain will pay $140 per square foot as rent for the leased space, which includes 900 square feet on the basement.
