
NEW YORK CITY-Oracle has signed a 10-year lease for 60,000 square feet of space at 120 Park Ave. The technology giant will occupy the entire 25th- and 26th-floor space as well as half of the 24th-floor space in the 600,000-square-foot tower.
Asking rent was $85 per square foot. Global Holdings Inc. bought the 26-story tower in 2007 for $525 million. Cresa Partners' Marcus Rayner represented the tenant, and Jones Lang LaSalle's Paul Glickman and Diana Biasotti represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
