NEW YORK CITY-Phoenix Investment Adviser is moving to a larger space on Lexington Avenue. The hedge fund has inked a lease for 10 years with SL Green Realty Corp. for 7,500 square feet in the Graybar Building at 420 Lexington Ave.
Asking rent for the deal was $58 per square foot. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Kaufman Organization's Loren Biller, while SL Green Realty's Meghan Holzhauer and David Amsterdam represented their company in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
