COCKEYSVILLE, MD-Suburban Ace Hardware has moved from 10757 York Road to Railroad Crossing. The store has leased 11,200 square feet at Railroad Crossing in Cockeysville from Continental Realty Corp.

Railroad Crossing comprises 160,000 square feet of industrial, warehouse and retail space. Suburban Ace established its store last week at Railroad Crossing. Other occupiers in the property include Sun Ventures, Maryland Profinish and Futuretek. Continental Realty's Lawrence Rief represented the company in the lease deal.
