FORT WORTH-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has secured $4 million in refinancing for Hulen Square, a retail center measuring 83,402 square feet at 6201-6299 Granbury Road in Fort Worth.

FORT WORTH-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has secured $4 million in refinancing for Hulen Square, a retail center measuring 83,402 square feet at 6201-6299 Granbury Road in Fort Worth. The property, which sits on 9.1 acres of land, is situated beside the Hulen Mall.

The retail center was refurbished in 2008 and is currently 84% occupied. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged the fund for Cencor Realty Services. Cencor Realty Services' Randy Woodruff represented his company in the deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
